ABOUT BIODERMA PRO BEACH TOUR
The BIODERMA Pro Beach Tour Türkiye Series is the highest-level beach volleyball tournament series organized by the Turkish Volleyball Federation, held in the Pro Open category across various cities throughout the country. The events are organized in cooperation with host municipalities and/or partner companies.
Although it is a national tour, the tournaments are open to international participation. Each event offers high prize money, distributed equally between men’s and women’s categories.
All tournaments are broadcast on the Turkish Volleyball Federation’s official YouTube channel and, depending on agreements, on various television networks.
Tournament conditions and prize money may vary depending on the host organization.
In addition to the prize money awarded at each stage, the Turkish Volleyball Federation will distribute bonus prize money at the end of the season to the top 10 players in the Individual Ranking, which is calculated based on the total points earned across all Pro Beach Tour events.
Institutions and companies interested in hosting Pro Beach Tour stages in different cities may apply via oguz.degirmenci@tvf.org.tr. The necessary requirements will be provided upon request.
Participation is open to everyone, whether amateur or professional (provided that a license is obtained and the registration fee is paid). However, entry into the tournament is based on a ranking system: the total of the best 3 results out of the last 4 tournaments played within the past 365 days is taken into account. Based on this ranking, teams are placed into either the Main Draw or the Qualification Draw. The ranking is published at least 10 days prior to the tournament.
International teams are allowed to participate in the Bioderma Pro Beach Tour Türkiye Series, and there are no country restrictions. However, a maximum of 2 teams per country may compete in the Main Draw.
If there are more registrations from a country, a separate national qualification tournament will be organized one day before the event.
Teams that enter the Main Draw via Wild Card are exempt from qualification. If a team from a specific country is accepted via Wild Card, the number of qualification spots for that country will be adjusted accordingly.
Please consult the tournament director regarding the current situation of the specific event before registering.
Apart from this, participation is open to all countries that meet the registration requirements.
Players from different countries may form mixed-nationality teams, provided they compete within the same gender category.
Each participant is deemed to have accepted all rules and regulations of the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF), and compliance with these rules is mandatory.
Travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered by the TVF or the host organization.
Teams acknowledge that all rights regarding documents, information, schedules, and any materials related to their participation belong to the TVF.
Teams may enter the court either with or without a coach.

In a short time, the center has hosted top-tier events such as the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour and has become a year-round training hub for athletes and teams from around the world.
With its strong tourism infrastructure, ease of access, and sport-friendly climate, Alanya is not only a holiday destination but also a strategic hub for international sports events and sports tourism.

Players who will compete in a tournament for the first time in 2026 must pay a total of 700 TRY per person, consisting of a 350 TRY license fee and a 350 TRY entry fee, in order to participate.
The payment must be made to the Turkish Volleyball Federation’s bank account at:

The payment receipt must be sent to the Turkish Volleyball Federation no later than 4 April 2026, 18:00.
In the payment description, the following format must be included:
“…… (Team Name) Team, Pro Beach Tour ……… (Stage Name) Stage – …… (Athlete’s Full Name) license and entry fee”It is mandatory to clearly state the stage name, team name, and athlete name.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The 350 TRY license fee for 2026 is paid only once. WHO CAN EARN HOTEL ACCOMMODATION?
According to the entry ranking list to be announced 10 days prior to the qualification day, the top 8 teams coming from outside the host city, determined based on FIVB Entry Points, will be entitled to free accommodation at Grand Slam stages.
(Exception: Çeşme Stage – where prize money will be higher instead.)
IMPORTANT: Accommodation is provided only to teams coming from outside the host city.
Teams outside the top 8 must arrange and cover their own accommodation.
If a team from the host city is ranked within the top 8, their accommodation right will be transferred to the next eligible team.
Teams entitled to accommodation will be provided hotel stay until one day after their last match in the tournament.
Rooms will be allocated as minimum double rooms with breakfast included.
All participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own:

During the tournament, all meals and beverages are at the participants’ own expense.
Drinking water during matches will be provided by the organization.

ABOUT ATHLETES' UNIFORMS
Participants will be provided with 2 sets of athlete tops (jerseys) in 2 different colors per person. These jerseys must be available and used by athletes in every match and during the award ceremony throughout the tournament.
Athletes who lose their jerseys may obtain a replacement only by paying an additional fee.
Top uniforms must be worn during warm-ups, matches, interviews, and award ceremonies.
BOTTOM UNIFORM:
Each team member must wear bottom uniforms (shorts / bikini bottoms) of the same color and design. Participants are responsible for providing their own bottoms.It is recommended to have at least two different colors of bottom uniforms.
Athletes’ names must be displayed on the bottom uniforms.
Athletes are allowed to have sponsors on their bottom uniforms.
All athlete accessories and sponsor branding must comply with FIVB regulations.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Although top uniforms are provided for this tournament, this does not guarantee that the same will apply for every stage. Therefore, participants must follow the information specified in the Stage Information document for each event. STREAMING
BIODERMA Pro Beach Tour matches are broadcast live on the Turkish Volleyball Federation’s YouTube channel.
Until the semi-finals, matches on two courts are streamed using a single-camera setup. On the final day, the semi-finals, third-place matches, and finals are broadcast with a 3-camera HD production including slow-motion coverage.
Although not guaranteed, some stages may also be broadcast live or delayed on television channels. These details will be confirmed at a later stage.
COACHING OFFICIALLY
Teams / clubs are allowed to have a coach on court.
Coaches may provide coaching only when their teams are officially on the court during matches, and strictly within the rules. When the team is not on the court, neither coaches nor anyone else (including spectators) are allowed to give tactical instructions from the stands. Violators will be removed from the courts, event area, and stands.
Individuals acting as coaches must be listed in the online registration form. Those who wish to register a coach afterward must submit a separate petition along with a copy of ID and complete the designated form on-site, signed by the team players. Athletes participating in the tournament cannot act as coaches for another team. However, coaching is allowed across different gender categories.
Coaches participating in matches are subject to the same disciplinary regulations as athletes.
During rallies (from the referee’s whistle for service until the ball is out of play), coaches are not allowed to speak or give instructions.
Between rallies, during time-outs, and during side changes, coaches may communicate with their team and provide tactical guidance. Coaches are allowed to request time-outs.
At each side change, the coach must switch sides together with the team.
For any matters not specified here, the official coaching rules set by FIVB and CEV shall apply.

In the Pro Categories, the top 8 teams will receive prize money and medals. Prize money is generally transferred to the athletes’ bank accounts. Otherwise, the distribution method will be announced separately.

Medical Responsibility
⚕️ Health & Liability Clause
First aid assistance will be provided by the organization for injuries occurring on the court during the tournament.
In cases requiring hospital transfer, all transportation, medical treatment, and related expenses shall be the responsibility of the athlete.
By registering and participating in the tournament, players declare that they are medically fit to compete and acknowledge full responsibility for any health issues, injuries, or risks that may arise during the event.
