About Us
How It All Started?
The foundations of Boardee Sports are rooted in a strong beach volleyball culture established in Antalya in 1998. Our founder, Oğuz Değirmenci, transformed the on-court experience he gained as an active athlete into a higher level of expertise through coaching, event organization, and international roles over the years.
Since the early 2000s, Değirmenci has taken on both athletic and organizational responsibilities in beach volleyball, volleyball, and various other sports disciplines in Türkiye and abroad, contributing directly to projects that supported the development of the sport.
The birth of the Boardee brand was shaped by the idea of creating practical, safe, and professional solutions to the real needs experienced by athletes and organizers on the court.
