1. 🏆 Tournament Overview
The Women's Pro Beach Volleyball Cup Vol.7 is an international invitational tournament organized by Seans Dubai Events Company in cooperation with Rixos Premium Seagate and Rixos Sharm El Sheikh.
The event brings together professional women's beach volleyball teams from around the world for elite-level competition while promoting international friendship, sportsmanship and tourism.
 
2. ✉️ Invitational Tournament
Participation is strictly by invitation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.
The Organizing Committee will evaluate all applications considering:

• Professional playing level

• International experience

• Recent tournament results

• Country representation

• Tournament balance

• Event capacity

• Promotional value

Only selected teams will receive an official Invitation Letter.
The decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
 
3. ✅ Eligibility
Applicants must:

• Be professional women's beach volleyball players

• Generally be at least 21 years of age

• Compete as a team of two athletes

• Represent a single country

• Provide accurate application information

The Organizing Committee may accept exceptional younger international talents at its sole discretion.
 
4. 📅 Tournament Dates

• Applications Open: August 2026

• Application Deadline: 25 September 2026

• Selected Teams Announcement: 25–27 September 2026

• Arrival: 18 October 2026

• Opening Ceremony & Official Rehearsal: 19 October 2026

• Competition: 19–23 October 2026

• Departure: 24 October 2026
   

5. 🏟️ Tournament Format
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the tournament format depending on the number of invited teams.
The current planned format includes:

• Main Draw — Single Round Robin Format

• Elimination Matches

• Semi-finals

• Bronze Medal Match

• Gold Medal Match

Official schedules will be distributed to invited teams.

Selected teams will receive:

7. 💳 Expenses Not Included
Unless otherwise stated, players are responsible for:

• Passport costs

• Visa fees, where applicable

• Travel to their departure airport

• Personal insurance

• Spa services

• Room service

• Laundry

• Premium beverages

• À la carte restaurants

• Personal expenses
   

8. 💰 Prize Money & Awards
The 2026 tournament offers a total prize purse of USD $10,000.
 
Prize Distribution — Per Team

1. 🥇 1st Place: USD 5,000

2. 🥈 2nd Place: USD 2,500

3. 🥉 3rd Place: USD 1,500

4. 4th Place: USD 1,000

Additional awards may include:

• 🏆 Champions Trophy

• 🥈 Runner-up Trophy

• 🥉 Bronze Medals

• ⭐ MVP

• ⚡ Best Attacker

• 🛡️ Best Defender

• 🎯 Best Server

• 🚫 Best Blocker
   

9. 🤝 Player Responsibilities
Invited athletes agree to:

• Attend all official meetings, rehearsals and ceremonies

• Arrive on time for all scheduled matches and official activities

• Respect tournament officials, opponents, volunteers and hotel staff

• Follow the official competition schedule and tournament regulations

• Wear official uniforms when required

• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event

• Represent their country and the tournament in a positive manner
   

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Hotel Guest Activities
As part of the partnership with Rixos Hotels, invited teams agree to participate in one or two beach volleyball training sessions, clinics or promotional activities organized for hotel guests and children during their stay.
Each team may be requested to conduct up to two sessions.
The schedule and duration of these activities will be coordinated by the Organizing Committee.
Participation in these sessions is considered an important part of the tournament experience and promotional program.
 
✈️ Travel Commitment, Ticket Changes & Reimbursement
Once travel arrangements have been confirmed and tickets have been purchased by the Organizer, each invited athlete agrees to attend the tournament and use the arranged flight itinerary.
If an athlete:

• Fails to attend the tournament without an accepted and documented reason

• Fails to board the arranged flight

• Cancels their participation after the ticket has been purchased

• Requests or makes a flight change

• Misses a flight and requires a new ticket or rebooking

• Arrives late due to personal reasons and causes additional travel costs

the athlete agrees to reimburse the Organizer for all actual and non-refundable costs incurred as a result.
These costs may include:

• The original flight ticket

• Airline cancellation or change fees

• Fare differences

• Rebooking costs

• Airport taxes and related travel charges

Before any ticket is purchased, each invited athlete must sign a separate Travel Ticket and Reimbursement Undertaking confirming their acceptance of this financial responsibility.
The athlete agrees to pay the documented amount upon written request by the Organizer and within the payment period stated in the separate undertaking.
This clause shall not apply where the failure to travel is caused by circumstances accepted by the Organizer, including serious medical emergencies, visa-related issues not caused by the athlete, or other documented force majeure circumstances.
 
✍️ Separate Athlete Acknowledgement
By signing the Travel Ticket and Reimbursement Undertaking, the athlete confirms that:

• ✓ The travel arrangements and ticket conditions have been explained

• ✓ The athlete understands that the ticket is purchased on their behalf

• ✓ The athlete accepts responsibility for the actual non-refundable costs caused by their failure to travel or voluntary ticket changes

• ✓ The athlete agrees to reimburse the Organizer in accordance with this document

• ✓ The athlete has provided accurate passport and travel information
   

10. 📸 Media & Promotion
Players agree that photographs, video recordings and interviews captured during the tournament may be used by the Organizer and official partners for:

• Television

• Live streaming

• Websites

• Social media

• Promotional campaigns

• Future event marketing

No additional compensation shall be payable for such use.
 
11. ✈️ Travel & Visas
Players are responsible for ensuring:

• Passport validity

• Visa eligibility

• Compliance with airline regulations

Where required, the Organizer may provide invitation letters and supporting documents for visa applications.
 
12. 🔄 Changes
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify:

• Tournament schedule

• Match format

• Accommodation arrangements

• Prize distribution

• Operational procedures

if necessary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
 
13. ❌ Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw an invitation if:

• False information is provided

• Deadlines are missed

• Required documents are not submitted

• Player conduct is inconsistent with tournament values
   

14. ⚠️ Liability
Players participate at their own risk.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Theft

• Loss of belongings

• Travel disruptions

• Visa refusals

• Airline cancellations

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel and medical insurance.
 
15. ✍️ Acceptance
By submitting an application, participants confirm that they have:

• ✓ Read these Tournament Terms & Conditions

• ✓ Understood the invitational selection process

• ✓ Agreed to comply with all tournament rules
   

16. 🕊️ Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

• Respect fellow athletes

• Respect officials and volunteers

• Avoid abusive or discriminatory behavior

• Avoid harassment

• Respect hotel property

• Respect local laws and customs

• Promote fair play at all times
   

17. 🌐 Registration Platform & Organizing Responsibility
For the purposes of these Tournament Terms & Conditions, “Organizer” refers to Seans Dubai Events Company, which holds all organizational rights, responsibilities and liabilities related to the tournament.
Boardee Sports has created and operates the event page solely as an online registration and information platform.
Boardee Sports acts only as an intermediary for registration purposes and shall not be considered the organizer of the tournament.
All organizational rights, responsibilities and liabilities related to the tournament belong exclusively to Seans Dubai Events Company.
